Evaluation Criteria & Guidelines
Standards for Result Evaluation
1. Evaluation Criteria
The winners will be graded based on two factors:
Marks (or scores)
Time taken to complete the exam
2. Ranking
100% Marks – Champion of Champion
90 – 99% Marks – Champion
80 – 89% Marks – Topper
60 – 79% Marks – Winner
Below 60% Marks - Participation
3. Result Declaration
Results will be declared 15 days after the exam is completed.
4. System-Generated Result
Results are generated automatically and are final once declared.
5. No Queries
No queries or disputes regarding the results will be entertained.
6. Participation Certificate
Certificates will be available for download on the students' dashboard after the results are declared.
7. Trophies Collection
Winners can collect their trophies, medals, and certificates from their respective school, coordinator, teacher, institute, or trainer.
Instructions for Registration
1. Enter your child's name correctly, as it will be printed on the Certificate.
2. Use separate email IDs for different registrations; only personal email IDs are allowed.
3. Ensure the correct participation level is selected during registration.
4. Review your profile, including your photo upload and other details before submitting.
5. Submit transaction details of your payment, including receipt number if paid to an Institute.
6. Your login will be activated once payment is confirmed.
7. Discrepancies in the participant's profile can be rectified before the exam.
8. After registration, you will receive a practice mock test.
System Requirements
Laptop/PC: Minimum Core 2 Duo (Dual-Core) with 4 GB RAM
Mobile device: Minimum Android 10 with 2-4 GB RAM
Browser: Only Google Chrome, Bing, or Firefox allowed
Internet speed: Minimum 2 Mbps (wi-fi)
Webcam: Compulsory for the final exam
Guidelines for International Abacus Olympiad
Before the Mock Test / Olympiad
1. Familiarize yourself with the platform and navigation.
2. Read test instructions carefully before starting.
3. Ensure you have a reliable device and stable internet connection.
4. Test your equipment beforehand.
During the Mock Test / Olympiad
1. Stay focused and avoid distractions.
2. Manage your time effectively.
3. Read each question carefully before answering.
4. Use the review option for uncertain answers.
5. Keep track of the timer displayed on the screen.
6. Avoid breaks; complete within the allotted time.
7. Review results after final submission.
Additional Guidelines
- Upgrade your PC/Laptop if using an outdated OS.
- Reliable internet is a must; avoid using mobile data.
- The Olympiad is not responsible for any technical issues from your end.
- Re-examinations may be conducted if required.
- Ensure all participants have a smooth experience; contact us with concerns.
