The credit of starting the Go Smart – Kids Education initiative goes to Mrs. Urmila Porwal. As a retired principal of Shorawal Girls Inter College, Etawah – Uttar Pradesh, she is renowned as the best teacher and principal among the students and faculty in her college.

She set new methods and techniques, which were highly appreciated throughout her career. Her invaluable teaching quality was her ability to make boring subjects interesting and to connect old incidents with the new atmosphere, making education more useful and meaningful for the modern era.

The Motivation Behind Go Smart 💡

After 42 years of service, she always held a desire to set a new vision for a system that could create interest in children for math. Math is often perceived as a very boring and difficult subject, so she decided to start a program where kids can learn with interest and entertainment.

As an educator, she knows that math is an essential subject and important in every aspect of life. It is her strong desire to develop a love for math in kids, shifting their perception of the subject from fear to fascination.
